Just a hair away from the full AllenWay Agency experience, the platinum marketing package is a complete home marketing service.  Showing Management, Gorgeous Aerial Videography, and inspiring video content are just the tip of the AllenWay Platinum iceberg.

How it Works

  • Exclusive Right to Sell 

    Through a marketing package, your AllenWay agent will not receive a commission when your home sells. 

    We do however, need to get a listing agreement ratified to get your home on the MLS.  This listing agreement will detail the relationship of our business agreement and specify the fee due upon sale of the property.  (Based on the marketing package you've selected)

    Buyers Agent Commissions are also covered in this form.  While no commissions are set, 2%-3% of the list price are common numbers for agents who procure a buyer of your home.

  • On Boarding

    Once your listing agreement is ratified you will receive an email directing you to your on-boarding form.  

    Here you will fill out and submit information about your home to AllenWay Real Estate.  Once we receive your on-boarding form, an Agent from AllenWay will call you (within 20 minutes) to touch base about the property disclosures.

  • Property Disclosures

    Once we've received your On-Boarding form, we will contact you regarding the RPOADS, MOG, and LBP disclosures for your property.  We use a digital signature service to keep this process swift.

    North Carolina General Statutes require that a: 
    Residential Property and Owners' Association Disclosure Statement
    Mineral, Oil, and Gas Rights Disclosure

    Lead Based Paint Hazard Addendum (if home built before 1978)

    be filled out thoroughly and honestly prior to the sale of a property. 
  • Photos, Videos, Lockboxes, Websites

    It's time to get creative!  An AllenWay agent will set up a time convenient for you, when we can come take photos, videos, and place a lockbox on your home.   

    We work fast, but this part of the marketing process is a lot of work.  Our commitment to our marketing clients is to have the work completed and broadcasted over the internet
    within 48 hours of receiving the property disclosure.  

  • Showings

    The gold and platinum marketing plans include full showing management. 

    We utilize the ShowingTime service to provide excellent showing management to our marketing clients.
